SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All KRUDOT orders are prepared and shipped from California.

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

U.S. SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping

• Orders $50 and over — Complimentary Shipping
• Orders under $50 — $8 Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are generally shipped via USPS. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. KRUDOT is not responsible for delays or packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
